
A Eugene native, Holli came to Jaqua & Wheatley in 2005. She focuses in the areas of professional malpractice, employer liability, and personal injury defense. She has also gained experience in plaintiff’s cases, probate, and appellate practice. Holli speaks Spanish and is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Michigan*. She is also admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit.

ACTIVITIES
In law school, Holli served
for two years as a student representative on the Law School Student Senate.
She interned with the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan, the
Ann Arbor City Attorney, and for the State of Michigan at the Jackson
County Prosecutor’s Office. At Austin Peay State University, she
served as the Editor in Chief of the campus newspaper and received the
Outstanding Senior in Radio Broadcasting award for 2001-2002 for her work
as a broadcaster for the campus radio station. She is a member of Omicron
Delta Kappa leadership honors society and Sigma Tao Delta English honors
society. Holli recently received the 2005 National Leadership Award from
the Business Advisory Counsel. Aside from her academic and professional
pursuits, Holli is active in the community, working with the young people
in her church and volunteering for a homeless youth shelter.
*She maintains an "inactive" status in Michigan.
